We were joined in the studio today by Elise Stine-Dolinar from United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley and her guest, Jennifer Locke from member agency, Blue Ridge Legal Services. They are a civil legal aid society that provides free civil legal assistance to low-income residents of the Shenandoah Valley and Roanoke Valley of Virginia.
