We spent some time in the studio today with one of our loyal advertisers talking about what they do and why it's important. Glenn Williams, Service Manager for Shenandoah Buick GMC along with his counterpart, Tony Pearson, Service Manager with Shenandoah Ford gave us some tips and great advice about why maintaining your vehicle (no matter it's age) is important. We talked about the multi-point inspection, what it includes and how you get one free with every service visit; how many miles should you really be changing your oil & rotating your tires; and how to know if there's been a recall on your vehicle. Both gentlemen talked about their respective dealerships and the important role customer service plays in their success. They also told us about an upcoming Car Care Clinic happening mid-October.
