We were in the studio for The Valley Business Today with Patrick Barker, Executive Director for the Frederick County Economic Development Authority. We talked about what a critical role a skilled workforce plays in the attraction of large businesses & industry to the area. He also explained how the process works and gave us some background into what information is wanted & how it may be prioritized by companies looking to locate in Frederick County.
