The Valley Business Today: Top of VA Regional Chamber Centennial Celebration

We were in the studio for The Valley Business Today with Emily Buhl, Marketing Director for the Top of VA Regional Chamber and her guest, Jimmy Wilkins to talk about the Chamber's history and upcoming Centennial Celebration. Jimmy gave us some history about his family's long-time involvement with the chamber - he's the oldest, living Past President of the organization. He told us about a few of the important initiatives that his father, Jim Wilkins, Sr. helped to spearhead in partnership with the chamber, including bringing Shenandoah University to Winchester and the development of the industrial park/water pipeline. Emily filled us in on details for Centennial Club Celebration Event happening on October 12 at George Washington Hotel; gave us an update on the car raffle tickets and told us about upcoming chamber functions.
