On The Valley Business Today we had the opportunity to speak with outgoing Winchester Mayor, Liz Minor. She was guest of Emily & Danita from the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber. We talked about her 36-year tenure in public service to the City of Winchester including the last 12 years as mayor. She recounted her proudest accomplishments and talked about what an honor and joy it's been to serve the citizens of Winchester in such a valuable way.
