We pre-recorded today's conversation via Zoom to discuss Warren County's SALT/TRIAD Council with Lt. Robbie Seal & Deputy Terry Fritts from Warren County Sheriff's Office and Carol Miller from Synergy Home Care. They explained what the TRIAD Council is, how it got started and the role SALT plays within the council.

TRIAD is a cooperative effort partnering Office of Attorney General, local law enforcement agencies (police/fire/ sheriffs), local senior service organizations, and older Virginians. TRIAD focuses on improving quality of life by enhancing their health, safety, and security and reducing crimes against our most vulnerable citizens: our seniors.

S.A.L.T. stands for Seniors and Law Enforcement Together. They meet monthly to plan events/presentations, and to discuss issues affecting the safety, welfare, and security of our seniors.

If you'd like more information about the council or to volunteer at any of the agencies we discussed during the show today, contact Lt. Robbie Seal or Deputy Terry Fritts via phone: 540-635-4128; click these links to access the agency websites:
