We were live in the studio for our regular monthly conversation with Lt. Warren Gosnell from the Frederick County Sheriff's Office. Lt. Gosnell spoke about the recent high-speed chase(s) and the high volume of traffic incidents in general. We talked about logistics and protocol for pursuits that cross state and locality lines.
