Jennifer Bell, Winchester's Downtown Manager stood in for Justin Kerns today from the Winchester-Frederick County Convention & Visitors Bureau for this week's edition of Tourism Tuesday. She told us about all the farm market festivals happening throughout the month of October around the county, free concerts at Shenandoah University, and a potpourri of other events for tourists and locals to enjoy next month.
