We were joined in the studio for Tourism Tuesday - Front Royal edition by Tim Smith, Front Royal Visitors Center Manager and his guest, Arlene "Brooklyn" Ballou from Brooklyn's Marketplace. We talked about Brooklyn's shop, the background for how it's structured as a non-profit (Center for Workforce Development) and the services she offers to the vendors to assist in growing their business.
